Represented OSI in over $58 million in purchases for restaurant outparcels and development land, then did the resale of the land to developers after OSI had taken out parcels for their restaurants, which enabled them to obtain very good economics on their sites.
Represented Brinker (Chili’s and Macaroni Grill) to identify over 19 sites on the West Coast of Florida to either lease or purchase.
Represented Metro Diner to identify over 20 sites in Florida to lease.
